Our Founder

Tyler Welch

After getting cut from the college football team, Tyler set out to find a gym that would help him get faster and stronger. What started out as a plan to try out again and play college football, later turned into a passion that he has since dedicated his life to solving: creating supportive communities that help individuals set and achieve performance goals. RxFIT is ever-growing and has a mission of dotting Utah with micro gyms that assist individuals in achieving their fitness goals.

Our gym combines every aspect of exercise science, ensuring that you get the results you want. We offer proven workouts to build energy and endurance. We combine that with sensible eating plans that help you hit that sweet spot where you lose fat while you gain muscle.

We want our gym to be a thriving like-minded community of fitness enthusiasts that support and encourage each other. We aim to do this by combining individual training with group classes of people at your level and coaches that understand your particular needs and goals.

Coach Cheryl

CrossFit L1

Coach Cheryl has been doing CrossFit for almost a decade and the thing she loves the most is how it has helped everyone in her life from kids, to herself & her husband, good friends and grandparents to improve their health and overall quality of life.

Coach Sierra

CrossFit L1

Coach Sierra has been a member of the CrossFit community since 2013. Since then, she has had an accomplished collegiate soccer career, been a pivotal part in programming and coaching strength and conditioning for two DIII collegiate teams, and has been a CrossFit coach in Utah for two years. Sierra loves fitness and building connections with people while helping them achieve their goals. She also loves spending time outside and chasing her three year old daughter in and out of the gym.
