Yesterday while doing the weightlifting Bear Complex, we saw some awkward re-racks on the back as we went into the back squat and behind-the-neck push press.
This video is a less-important piece of technique that I wouldn’t worry too much about at the beginning of your fitness journey. That being said, it is important to learn as you begin lifting heavier weights; and especially important if you want to continue to perform weightlifting complexes with efficiency.
