The Difference Between Fit and Fat
There once were two roommates.
They both loved lifting weights, eating food, and sleeping a lot.
But one was fit and the other was fat.
They both did the same workouts. But the fit roommate spent 45-minutes at the gym while the fat roommate spent 2-hours.
They both ate the same things. But the fit roommate cooked the food while the fat roommate ordered the food.
They both slept eight hours every night. But the fit roommate went to bed early and woke up early. The fat roommate stayed up late and woke up late.
How then, is one fit and the other fat?
Change the way you do things. Habits matter.
