Nothing can quite take the place of training in-person with your friends and coach. There’s something special about getting together in-person and training: the accountability, camaraderie, and consistency seem to alwaysbe greater at a gym than if you were to workout alone.
However, I believe that everyone’s fitness will be achieved (to some degree) inside their garage or basement. The convenience of a home gym when a child is sick or work is busy allows you to maintain the fitness you develop inside the gym.
For this reason, I want to help you gradually build out your home gym.
The future home gyms of America aren’t going to look like they did in the 90’s. Instead, they are going to look more like the collegiate and professional weight rooms with free weights and racks.
Stay tuned for the 5 pieces of equipment every home gym (eventually) needs.
