RxFit's Youth Athlete S.p.A.r. training program

If you have an individual youth athlete or a team you coach, we can help improve their athletic ability

Created by experienced trainers who have done athletic training for professional and collegiate athletes.

Speed

We train athletes to run faster by improving sprint mechanics, stride efficiency, and acceleration. Faster speed means getting to the ball first, outrunning opponents, and increasing overall game impact.

Power

Through strength training and explosive movements like jumps and medicine ball throws, athletes build power — the ability to move with force. More power helps with hitting, kicking, jumping, and quick directional changes.

Agility

Agility drills teach athletes how to change direction quickly and stay balanced. This improves performance in any sport that requires quick cuts, dodges, or rapid movement shifts — like football, soccer, or basketball. We also take the time to teach injury prevention techniques.

Reaction

We use drills that challenge athletes to respond quickly to cues and situations. Faster reaction times help athletes make quicker decisions and respond faster during unpredictable game moments.
